It’s been so long…

Sorry for the long wait in between posts….

I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather.  I’ve been keeping really busy with work, writing up an offer, which should go pending within the next couple of days.  I’m currently working with a lot of buyers, so hopefully there will be something that comes on the market soon.

Sean is still in India, and should arrive back home to Victoria shortyly.  Big congrats to him and Gina, I’m sure there will be lots of stories and pictures to follow upon his return.

I also wanted to congratulate Josh and Liz, your wedding was beautiful, I’m looking forward to when you come home from the Dominican Republic, and yet so jealous all at the same time….

As for everything else, nothing really new to report, just spending a lot of time outside, hiking up Mt. Finlayson, so beautiful up there, everyone should do it at least once, you won’t regret it.  It’s definately BBQ season, so hopefully everyone is enjoying spending time with friends and loved ones.

I’m still alive……

Thank you to everyone who’s shown patience and understanding this week.  As some of you might already know.  I was at my office working late and totally bailed and hit my head on the tile floor.  Thankfully after spending 6 long hours at the emergency getting tested and having a CAT scan, I am happy to say that my neck and skull was not fractured, I have a wicked headache due to my concussion, but I am very fortunate that I will not sustain any lasting injuries.  I am taking it a little easy, but am still working and will get back to everyone as soon as I can.

What a crazy week….

The headline basically says it all, what a crazy week!

From having subjects removed on our very first deal together (congrats to G.C.& E) to showing clients different houses, 2 presentations and picking up a couple of buyers, it’s been hectic….

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend.  I currently have my in-laws visiting from Edmonton, so it is nice to be able to celebrate the holidays together.  Yesterday, Sean came over and I cooked a gourmet waffle breakfast topped with berries and whipping cream, followed by an over the top Easter egg hunt for my 3 year old daughter.  I have a feeling I will have candy for months!  Sean is keeping busy hanging out with his family and friends, and is planning a trip back to India next month, which is very exciting.

Other than that, it’s been work work work, we are keeping very busy meeting with new clients and look forward to closing another deal soon…..

It’s Official!!!!

Laura and Sean are proud to announce our new partnership.  We are excited to continue to strive to be Victoria’s #1 real estate team, and know that with our commitment, knowledge and excellent networking skills, we will take Victoria by storm.

Laura and Sean have known each other for a couple of years, as we use to work with each other with Royal LePage.  Although we had previously discussed partnering up, the time was not right until now….   We officially partnered up March 16, 2009 and haven’t looked back.

It’s been a crazy first couple of weeks, everything from switching over clients, to ordering new business cards, updating websites and ironing out our new partnership.  I am pleased to say we are actively prospecting, trying to get our names out there, doing open houses weekly, meeting new clients, working with past clients, showing properties to buyers and doing many listing appointments.  We have already written up one offer with subjects to come off in a couple of days, and have the opportunity to write up another offer soon.  We have been busy, but wouldn’t have it any other way……
